If you\'re a fitness instructor teaching to multiple age levels, this song will  illicit smiles from all ages!  MODIFICATION:  the somewhat fast turns can be omitted and replaced with a simple grapevine for those with balance issues or those needing a lower intensity workout.  TIP: The \"jig\" in the chorus of the song requires some fancy footwork...if you or your class has trouble with this step...simply jog in place or make up your own dance move!  REMEMBER:  fitness should be fun and you can turn up the heat by increasing intensity with bigger movements, higher jumps, lower squats focusing on muscle isolation and contraction.  While this song is a low=mid intensity, you can easily increase the intensity with a few simple modifications!
